Tabit Insurance SCC (“Tabit”) regulated and licensed in Barbados by the Financial Services Commission of Barbados. Tabit is not regulated or licensed outside of Barbados and deals only through appropriately licensed insurance brokers. To ensure compliance regarding our insurance support of companies domiciled in jurisdictions outside of Barbados, any request for insurance coverage must be submitted through our appropriate broking channels. 

The purpose of our website is to provide information about Tabit, provide an overview of insurance information, the products and services we offer, and additional information that you may find beneficial. This website does not provide detailed information or interpretation of specific insurance contracts, policies and/or policy language, and is not designed to be a substitute for such information in terms of claims handling and/or settlement. For complete coverage information, please refer to the applicable specific policy in its entirety, including all applicable endorsements.

Information submitted through appropriate broking channels to us will be used for insurance purposes only and managed in a confidential manner. Completion and/or submission of the applications through appropriate broking channels or request for additional information does not constitute the purchase of insurance, nor does it represent any agreement to provide coverage under any insurance policy. No coverage will be bound, added, altered or changed as a result of submitting a request for information or quotation of insurance through appropriate broking channels. Only coverage that has been confirmed by us will be considered binding. Coverage is also subject to an acceptable signed application and receipt of the proper payment, if applicable, while meeting our underwriting guidelines.
